Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return
- Product is damaged during delivery.
- Wrong product received.
- Manufacturing defects.
- Return request raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Product is unused with original packaging.
Not Eligible
- Used or washed products.
- Physical damage caused by customer.
- Customized or made-to-order rugs.
- Return requested after 7 days.
- Missing original packaging or accessories.
Replacement & Refund Process
Raise a Request
Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your Order ID with images of the product if damaged or incorrect.
Verification
Our support team verifies the request within 24–48 working hours and confirms eligibility for replacement or refund.
Pickup
If approved, we arrange pickup from your delivery location. Please keep the product in its original packaging.
Refund / Replacement
After successful inspection, we will either dispatch the replacement product or process the refund to your original payment method.

Refund will be processed within 2-5 Business Days
Debit / Credit Card
Refund will be processed within 5-7 Business Days
Cash On Delivery
Refund will be transferred to your bank account after verification within 5-7 Business Days
Non-Returnable Products
- Customized Rugs & Carpets.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Items returned after the return window.
